Quick render

I imported the model into 3DS Max and it turned out quite nice.
The only work I'll need to really do is interior modelling as well as rendering.
Here is a very rough render and photomatch i did with vray and photoshop.

Models, models, models!
Hurrah!
Well aren't I lucky, there is like 4 pages of Models on La Villa Savoye in the Google 3d Warehouse!
So I downloaded a few and i found that this was the best and most accurate: http://sketchup.google.com/3dwarehouse/details?mid=e2bb07de7a82c468f9c1628d84b1ea48&prevstart=0
The model was uploaded by 'jilu' on the 17th of October 2007.
The model contains measurements, and a basic interior. It is a fairly detailed sketchup model.

Le Corbusier - La Villa Savoye
After completing a history and theory assignment, Le Corbusier caught my eye. Especially this building. Located in Poissy, near Paris, it was completed in 1929 and is one of the most recognised buildings in international architecture. The building is famous as it addresses Le Corbusier's 5 points of new architecture. I will provide more information on the building soon as I'm off to get some books on it later today. In the meantime, here are some videos on the building. An interesting digital presentation on the building aswell as someone doing a little tour through the interior.
